Each generation uses credits based on the length and model, and your plan includes a monthly allowance. The app shows the cost before you render, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Manage your plan from account settings; changes take effect from your next billing cycle, and you keep access until then.

Open the project and click Download to get an MP4. You can also generate a public share link to send it without a download.

Free exports may include a small Vivideo watermark. Paid plans remove it entirely.

Renders, speed, quality and access.
Retry from the project — most failures are transient. If it keeps failing, email support@vivideo.ai with the project link and we’ll jump on it.
Some models render faster than others (a few seconds to several minutes). You can keep working — we’ll notify you the moment it’s ready.
Choose a higher-fidelity model and export at the highest resolution your plan allows. Sharper input images and clearer prompts also help.
Reset your access from the login screen. If you’re still locked out, email support@vivideo.ai and we’ll get you back in.
